Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms are an agreement between you and Hyperkits Industries LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we"). By installing or using HOLVEX ("the Software") you agree to them.

1. License

After purchase, you get a personal, non-transferable license to install and use HOLVEX on up to 2 computers you own or control. The free trial lets you try every feature for a limited time before buying.

2. Your Ai And Service Accounts

HOLVEX works with accounts you connect yourself, such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Perplexity, Runway, Meshy, Stripe, Gmail, Google Calendar, Discord and Netlify. You pay those providers directly for what you use, and you are responsible for following their terms. Your keys and passwords are stored encrypted on your computer and are only sent to the provider they belong to.

3. You Stay In Control

HOLVEX prepares emails, replies and fixes, but anything that sends, publishes, spends money or changes a website waits for your approval. You are responsible for what you approve.

4. Your Data

What you say or type to HOLVEX is sent to the AI provider you choose so it can reply. Hyperkits Industries does not receive or store your conversations, voice, emails, business data or keys. See the privacy policy on our website for details.

5. Ai Can Be Wrong

Replies, summaries, drafts and suggestions come from AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it or send it.

6. Restrictions

You may not resell, share license keys, redistribute, reverse engineer, or remove the licensing from the Software.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. The free trial lets you try every feature before you buy, so please make sure HOLVEX works for you first. If your license key doesn't work, or you were charged by mistake or more than once, contact us and we'll fix it or refund the mistaken charge.

8. No Warranty

HOLVEX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hyperkits Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Trademarks

HOLVEX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Stripe, Discord, Netlify or any film or comic franchise. Their names are used only to describe which services HOLVEX can connect to.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future versions. The version you agreed to when you installed applies to that installation.
